- 23 years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he led several practices and served the Boards and CEOs of leading companies and institutions in financial services, energy, professional services and other sectors in the UK, Europe, North America, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
- Chief Operating Officer of Direct Line Group, where he led the group in developing strategy and delivering its turnaround programme, separation from RBS and successful IPO.
- Serving Private Equity investors and their investments on strategy, regulatory challenges, and change management
